Two army pilots among four martyred in air crash
Islamabad (TP) December 27, 2020: An army major pilot and three others were martyred after an army aviation helicopter crashed in the Minimarg area of Astor district in Gilgi-Baltistan.
According to the military’s media wing ISPR, in the air crash, major pilot Muhammad Hussain, co-pilot major Ayaz Hussain, Naik Inzimam Alam and Sepoy Muhammad Farooq were martyred.
According to the ISPR, the army aviation helicopter was flying to CMH Skardu with the body of Sepoy Abdul Qadeer when it met with the incident.
According to sources, major Muhammad Hussain hailed from Skardu, major Ayaz Hussain from Malir Karachi, Sepoy Inzimam Alam from Chakwal and Sepoy Muhammad Farooq from Sahiwal.
